How do we get started with mynexadra?
The best way is to send us a brief description of what you have now and what outcome you are looking for. From there we arrange a short call to understand the situation more clearly, and propose a scope if there is a good fit.
Do we need existing AI infrastructure to work with you?
Not necessarily. The Conversational AI Audit assumes you have a deployed chatbot or assistant already. The Vision Pipeline and Personalisation Engine start from your data and business context — existing AI tools are not required, though they can be incorporated if you have them.
What happens after an engagement closes?
You receive full documentation, source code where applicable, and a handover session with your team. Our goal is for you to be able to operate the system without ongoing dependency on us. If you want continued involvement, we can discuss a separate arrangement.
Are the prices fixed or do they change with scope?
The listed prices correspond to the standard scope for each service. If your situation requires significant changes to that scope, we will discuss the adjustment before any work begins. We do not adjust prices mid-engagement without your explicit agreement.
Can mynexadra work with our in-house developers?
Yes, and we encourage it. Working alongside your developers means knowledge stays within your team and integration happens more naturally. We are comfortable adapting to your existing processes and tooling.
Is data shared with third parties during a project?
We handle client data with care and do not share it with outside parties. For any engagement involving sensitive data, we are happy to sign a non-disclosure agreement before work begins.
