An AI Team That Keeps It Specific
mynexadra was founded in Kuala Lumpur with one guiding principle: AI projects should have a clear scope, measurable outcomes, and honest communication from start to finish.
Back to HomeStarted from a Frustration with Vague AI Claims
mynexadra grew out of conversations with Malaysian businesses who had invested in AI tooling and come away disappointed — not because the technology failed, but because what was promised was never precisely defined. We started in 2021 as a small consultancy focused on applied machine learning for mid-sized operations in the Klang Valley.
Over time, three types of work came up most often: helping teams understand why their chatbots were not performing, building computer vision systems for manufacturing and retail, and creating recommendation layers for e-commerce and media platforms. So we shaped our services around those three areas.
Today our team handles the full technical arc from data preparation through model deployment. We work within defined timelines and deliver written documentation so your team has something tangible when the engagement ends.
Our Mission
To make applied AI accessible to Malaysian businesses by delivering focused, well-documented systems that your team can understand, operate, and build on.
Define the scope before any work begins
Build technical depth your team can inherit
Communicate clearly when something is outside our expertise
Close every engagement with written handover materials

Standards We Hold on Every Engagement
Scoped Agreements
Work starts only after scope, timeline, and deliverables are agreed in writing. No open-ended retainers.
Data Privacy
Client data is handled under confidentiality by default. NDA available on request before any data is shared.
Code Ownership
All developed code and models are transferred to the client at engagement close. No proprietary lock-in.
Written Documentation
Every engagement closes with documentation covering system design, operating procedures, and known limitations.
Honest Assessment
We decline work that is outside our core competency and say so before engagement, not after billing has started.
Post-Delivery Support
A defined support window is included in certain services. Handover sessions ensure your team can operate systems independently.
Building AI Capability in the Klang Valley
Machine learning and AI adoption among Malaysian businesses has accelerated considerably over recent years, yet the gap between vendor promises and practical outcomes remains significant. mynexadra exists specifically to close that gap for companies operating in Kuala Lumpur and across Malaysia. Our work in conversational AI, computer vision, and content personalisation draws on deep familiarity with the data environments and technical constraints that local businesses typically face.
We favour engagements where the problem is well-defined enough to be solved within a fixed scope — audit work, pipeline construction, and recommendation system design. This specificity means our clients know what they are getting and can measure whether they got it. That is the kind of AI work we are most effective at, and the kind we are committed to delivering.
